Ignis will once again suggest stealth, but you can run straight towards the generator if you're comfortable against the levels of enemies inside the base. Scale a watchtower outside the base to get a good look at everything. As with the two imperial bases before it, you're going tp want some time to come up with a plan. This quest will appear once you get close to the general vicinity of the base near the Prairie Outpost. Since this is your first time trading with Tony, go with the berries so you can finish Coctura's quest. There are five stickers for the Regalia, four weapons Cid can upgrade, and Ulwaat berries required for the Berried Memories quest Coctura gives you. After picking the carrots, a man named Tony will offer to trade your carrots for certain items. Sow some carrot seeds in the garden and stay the night so you can harvest them. Iris's garden, near her house at Cape Caem, has finally been deemed usable. The chocobo will be pretty upset when you take the specs, so run away from it and return to camp. Walk slowly up to the glasses and hold when the bird decides to look around, then keep walking and repeat this until you reach them. To catch it, Ignis has brought gysahl greens. Ignis will once again ask you to help him cook in the morning. This quest is started at Pectriche Haven, which is inside the Myrlwood. The reward you get for catching the arapaima also includes a lure that attracts all fish, but something like this comes with the Angler Pack, which in turn is included in the Royal Pack. Catching this thing is truly a master fisher's dream, but if you're not playing a Final Fantasy game for the fishing, you can just get 20AP somewhere else. The royal arapaima is an incredibly strong fish with an insane amount of health, but its movements (where you have to adjust to compensate) are predictable by just watching the fish. The two of these are better than even the Avior reel (by +50) and Dragon Drain rod (by +60) from the Booster Pack+ DLC. The best rod is obtained from Navyth's final fishing quest, and the best reel is found at an arena in Altissia (Chapter 9), so you may want to consider doing this once you have one or both of those. This is an extremely tough fish to catch and you really ought to use the best gear you can get to catch it. There may be many fish in the pool that aren't the Liege you're after, but at least fishing them out will clear the waters a bit. Resting at Capitis Haven with Gladiolus back in the party will invite him to tell you about a legendary fish in the Vesperpool. If you took part in Gladio's tour quest at Lambath Haven, give the flowers you found to her for a highly valuable Moogle Charm. Iris can be found at the house at Cape Caem. This surprise can be used in battle to draw off attacks if it takes too much damage, bring it to Iris so she can repair it. Inside Formouth Garrison, in a small building directly north of the proper entrance (but on the southeast wall in terms of cardinal directions). Obtained during the O Partner, My Partner quest from a hunter at Meldacio Hunter HQ. Must be obtained after the point of no return or in a later chapter. Right at the bottom of the stairs at the docks under the Cape Caem lighthouse. Before you head out, be sure to talk with Iris on your way to the Regalia. Otherwise, there's a pretty fair amount of new side content for you to clean up. If you're ready to continue the story, head straight to Cape Caem and visit the rest of your friends before getting on the boat towards Lestallum. Gladiolus will finally rejoin the party again, and his face will show some new scars from whatever it was he was doing. You'll have five minutes to defeat the rest of the enemies before leaving, but really, why do they need to fight them if the plant is going to explode anyway?įinishing off the last of the daemons and leaving the power plant will finish this quest. After clearing out the first wave of enemies, Holly will inform the two of you that the plant is going to blow. It should be very obvious who this hunter is once you hear his voice. Holly will brief you over your helmet's radio, saying a hunter is waiting for you near the plant's entrance.
